The UP Beta Sigma Southern California led by Viching de Santos and GP Frank Mamaril led the 2nd Tito de Santos Medical & Dental Mission held February 27-March 2, 2008 at Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat Province.  Several brods, wives and Sigma Betans joined in this project. Art De Vera of Canada Chapter procured the medicines from Health Partners International of Canada (HPIC) and delivered them. Beta Sigma Western GP Jet Salas broke ground on March 8, 2008 for the Gawad Kalinga project in Hagonoy, Davao del Sur.  UPBSFAAI Pres. Dario Sabularse, Federation Pres. Sonny Pagador, UP SoCal GP Frank Mamaril and other brods also came for this undertaking.
