The 6th Tito De Santos Community
Service Project
by Aman Carolino [Photos by Rolly Reyes and Joel Paredes]
Brod Edsel and myself arrived in Manila on February 5, 2012. Brod Joel Paredes together with Resident Brod GP Josh, Brod Jerrick and Brod Patrick met and picked us up at the airport.
The very next day, Brod Rolly Reyes hosted a breakfast and lunch and we had a meeting with the UP Campus Barangay rep, Brod Poti Aparato and Brod Bino Aguinaldo, to finalize the program and all logistics for the event. On the 3rd day, we were able to purchase the "tsinelas" from a supplier referred by Brod Poti. We had our final meeting with the Barangay officials on Friday, two days before the event, at the UP Campus Barangay Hall.

Community Service Project - was a TOTAL Success!

And guess what? A few minutes after the event it started to drizzle again,
and after about 30 minutes - the downpour started!
It was truly one 'happy' and truly inspiring event, to say the least.
Everybody was happy! It was really worth the effort!
