by Edsel Arceo '73

The 13th Grand Induction of Officers and Fraternity Ball of the U.P. Beta Sigma of Southern California Foundation, Inc. (UPBSSCFI) was a three-day "Affair to Remember" in September held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The weekend started on Saturday, September 4 with a Hospitality Night at The Bea Hive Ballroom with a Western theme. The night was festive, with a live band playing provided by a very generous Anonymous underwriting sponsor. As always, there were dancing and song renditions by our very own Brods Joe Lalas and Kim Montaniel. There was also a book launching of “Critical Times” by Brod Joel Paredes.
