Fraternity balls are special. They allow us
to travel back in time and be in our bare elements – pure and
unguarded. The camaraderie within it feeds exuberance and creates a
ton of positive energy. By meeting once again we rekindle the bonds of
brotherhood by reminiscing the past and creating new experiences. It
is a way of reconnecting with our roots.

Saturday afternoon was the official kickoff at the Foster City Recreation Center. The theme was the Roaring 20's and many came dressed as such. The place was jam packed. Lively music was provided by the ever reliable Band of Brothers with Bobby Dulay and friends. A special dance number from the ladies of UP North was a highlight of the evening and a "late night surprise" from one of our guests.

Much more endless kuwento (or is it tsismis or intrigan) and
definitely lots of laughs. It did not end there. There were
"breakaway" groups that led to mini get togethers and jug-a-lugs.
