UP North ready for 32nd Frat Ball

It's all set. Memorial Day weekend -- that special time of the year when UP North holds its fraternity ball. The venues, the food menus, the souvenir program, the music and the logistics are ready -- well, almost. UP North is geared up for its 32nd fraternity ball on May 24 at the Embassy Suites in Burlingame CA. Be ready to spend 3 wonderful days of great fellowship with brods coming from all over the US and parts of the globe.

Here's what’s in store:

• May 23, 2015, Saturday 6:00 PM-Hospitality Night at the Wind Room of the Foster City Community Center at 1000 E Hillsdale Blvd, Foster City 94404. THEME : ROARING 20’S

• May 24, 2015, Sunday 6:00 PM-Grand Reunion and Frat Ball Dinner at the Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport-Waterfront at the Embassy Ballroom on 150 Anza Blvd, Burlingame CA 94010. Dinner/Dance cover is $80.00 per person. Menu selections are (1) Roast Prime Rib (2) Chicken Oscar (3) Roasted Salmon (4) Grilled Vegetable Tower.

This year, 2015, is the Golden Year of batch 65. It is fitting to have 2 alumni groups -- San Francisco and Toronto with GP's coming from batch 65. So we expect a strong presence from their batch and a healthy contingent from Toronto led by GP Bogan Cabanatan. As such, surely Vancouver and Alberta brods will not be far behind with the Jayme family on the top of the list.

The number of guests are growing each week with confirmed attendance of 160+ --- from UP South, UPLB, Beta Sigma San Francisco, Beta Sigma Northern CA, Beta Sigma Western, Beta Sigma Las Vegas, Beta Sigma Northwest, Sigma Beta, Ladies Corps and brods from other parts of America – Seattle, New York, Virginia, Florida and siyempre Manila.
