Dear Sir Anggie:
UP is so blessed having an Alumnus like you. I have never seen a person with so
much passion to serve not only the alma mater but also the entire society!
If only I have the authority, I will put up your monument there in UP Min, one
of the best Davaoenos who contributed a lot to the UP Min Campus. I believe you
already received all the Outstanding Alumni Awards that could be given (UPLB,
CA, UP Diliman, UP Min if they already have?).
Advance Happy Birthday (February 3), on your 85th Birthday, if not for this
Pandemic Quarantine we should call for a great celebration, most of us wont
reach that age, and more specially that what you have done!
We pray that you be given many more years to live, with good health and
happiness.
