History of Fogging Operations

On May 6, 2017, a historic moment was made at the
Office of UPLB Chancellor Fernando C.Sanchez, Jr. and Vice Chancellor for
Community Affairs Serlie B. Jamias.
This was when the Alumni board of Upsilon Sigma Phi
and their resident Most Illustrious Fellow Emil Luis Santos met with Betans
headed by our 2016-17 Grand Princep Nathan Bantoc'11 with former DENR USec Ramon
Paje'77, Obet Oliva'74e, UPLBBSFAA Pres Ambo Lapis'80 and Jojo Alejar'79d.
They agreed to establish better relations on and off
campus and make joint projects for the benefit of the UPLB Community.
One of the projects identified was the fogging
(versus disease carrying mosquitoes, its larvae and roaches) of all UPLB
dormitories to be done before classes started in August of the 1st semester AY
2017-18.
