Nag pulong po kahapon sa QCircle ang Kawayan Tambayan Komite led by Brods Atty Milton Mendoza, Brod Buddy Garbanzos kasama si Arkitek Jed De Guzman and United Architect of the Philippines team. Brods Robie Feliciano and Brod Ted Borrero, present! Bamboohay Cheers!

1. Regulatory requirements from UP System
- permits, gate pass and submission of plans
- approval and processes
- timeline
2. Beta Sigma process
- contract signing
- approval process and org structure (steering committee) for the project
- approvals and gateways
3. Cashflow
- method of release of project funds
- organizing the event workshops and details
4. Mobilization and coordinations

Had a meeting with Brods (Officers of our Frat, Resident and Alumni Chapters) this morning. Tuloy na tuloy na po ang ating Pamanang proyekto. We will formally present to UP President Jijil Jimenez our Project Proposal next week. By then, meron na tayo bank account for our cash donations and contributions. Of course, hope and pray we get official approval of our proposal by the UP President and UP System.
