Lakan's Hole-in-One, number 3

There is always a first time and this first time came about for me last Friday,
June 21, 2024 at the 90 yards Hole #6 Course of Tagaytay Highland. My first time
to witness a hole-in-one.
Brod Lakan Fonacier aced this hole using a Callaway Paradym pitching wedge and
a Titleist ProV1 ball around 9:30am scoring his 3rd hole-in-one of his golfing
life. Witnessing the shot were his flight mates, brods Eddie Jose, Boyet
Fernandez and Ed Abon. Upon hearing of the ruckus on the greens of Hole # 6,
brods Raffy Hidalgo and Loren Mapua who were playing ahead of us came running
back to offer their congratulations and have a photo that records the feat in
the annals of UP Beta Sigma Fraternity.
Brod Lakan won P5k as a reward or an award but ironically lost in the process
with a generous heart to the brods, all 15 of them, who were already eagerly
waiting at the La Concha Lounge Restaurant, the "19th tee", for food and drinks
after their rounds. What a fun and glorious occasion that was. Every brod went
home inebriated with a full stomach that day.
Next golf outing will be on November 22, 2024, Friday, at Tagaytay Midland. We
wish brod Lakan to ace hole # 8 to get his 4th hole-in-one.
Everyone certainly is looking forward to that and another round of free drinks
and food.
