is an executive summary of the final meeting regarding 4th Tito de Santos
Medical Mission 14th Feb 2010.
Attendees:
Brods Rico Arranz, Dr. Henry Yanez (UERM with Dr. Brod Vivo), Poti
Aparato, Joel Paredes, Willie Nep, Dante Agulto, Manny Balangue, Bogs
Cabanatan, and two staff of Cong. Mat Defensor, 3rd district Quezon
City.

identified the medical services that will be offered

requirements of these services (hardware/software)

decided
on a final operational ratio of numbers: Dr Henry's team of doctors:
30-40 (they can service 3,000 recipients in 6 hours) 9am-3am

agreed
on pre-enrollment of recipients to avoid cloggings in
admission/registration

lunch
requirement for 50 pax - doctors and staff (to be served at Vinzons
tambayan)

lugaw
for 3,000 recipients donated by Brod Manny Balangue/Cong. Mat Defensor

ground
design: there will be a holding area for recipients on wait list and a
separate treatment area.

3am sunday, egress 3pm.
