July 14: 6am - Mass at UP Chapel; National Day of Prayer
7am - Tree planting at UP Arboretum
9am - Tito De Santos Medical Mission at the Brgy UP Diliman
1pm onwards - Fellowship at UP Diliman tambayan

July 15: 11am - Fellowship Golf at Valley Golf and Country Club (P1,500 green fees) organized by Lakan Fonacier,Boyet Fernandez & Makati Chapter brods. Open to all Betan golfers.

GP Summit (5 UP campuses led by UPD)- details being arranged at Valley Golf through brods Lakan Fonacier, Randy Malayao

5pm onwards - Fellowship Dinner at the function room of Valley Golf sponsored by UP Beta Sigma International.

Induction of new officers of UP Beta Sigma International led by President Noli Nolasco.

July 16: 6pm - Platinum Ball at Crowne Plaza Galleria,Ortigas. (Php 1,500/person). Only brods with reservations & FULL payments will be given priority as capacity of 320 seats are pre-booked already.

Dear Brods,

In behalf of the UPBSF Inc.(Central) BOT, I am attaching the Treasurer reviewed & Board approved (July 22 assessment meeting in Metrowalk,Ortigas Ctr) financial statement as regards to our Platinum Anniversary Celebrations.

In Php summary:
Actual Revenues- 1,537,187.92
(101 pages of Ads - 651K
Ticket Sales - 490K
Donations - 390K
Souvenir book sales - 7K)

Actual Expenses - 1,467,309.59
Net Income - 69,878.33

There are still a few souvenir ad collectibles but all have committed to pay soon.

There were over 430 brods/sis'/LCs&guests at the Platinum ball .

All 7 decades of the brotherhood were represented including 1946!

46 resident brods (all UP campuses), 10 Sigma Betans & 5 LCs were sponsored.
Honored guests included Tita Sol Arranz, wife of our beloved Founder Rico Arranz, Mrs Antonio Bautista & family, Belle Morales.
Boying Liwag brought his whole family of 5.
