We take pride in announcing that THE UP BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY CENTRAL has now fulfilled the long time dream of Brod Founder Rico Arranz.

The Deed of Sale was signed as announced by Brod Mat Defensor last night.

We now have the UP BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AT TEKTITE TOWERS, ORTIGAS CENTER, METRO MANILA (ROOM 2604 EAST TOWER).

A group of anonymous brod donors contributed to make this purchase possible.

Full renovation is in full swing after which a formal blessing wil occur at a later date. Half of the office will be used for the secretariat and half will be dedicated to a Leadership Training Center for all Grand Princeps and officers of different campuses nationwide to prepare our young brothers as key players in various fields in the future, both in public service and private sector.
