*Updates from Brod Ted Topacio:
"Oplan alis rabies sa UP Diliman campus" is a 3 year program to eradicate rabies in UP Diliman where a human fatality was reported and 3 stray dogs in one of the Barangays inside the campus were found positive for rabies. These are serious threats to the students, faculty and the informal settlers. UP Beta Sigma Fraternity Alumni is one of the sponsors together with the UPCVM UPLB, Dean Baldrias, the main proponent, Office of Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs under the Office of the UP Diliman Chancellor Dr. Tan, and Director Dr. Cresencio, of the Bureau of Animal Industry. We will have the vaccination drive program for the 7 Barangays inside the campus, on April 5, Saturday at 8am with Chancellor Tan as the main speaker. We will vaccinate approximately 3,000 dogs.
