ANTI-RABIES VACCINATION PROJECT

Dear Brothers,
A worthwhile project of UP Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated CENTRAL in cooperation with Office of The Chancellor, UP Diliman, UP Community and QC Rotary Club led by our very own National Scientist Brod Dr. Teddy Topacio, DVM was held today at various locations in the area. Free vaccination services were performed by volunteer veterinarians assisted by our resident brods (led by current GP Charles Alo) and Ladies Corps plus alumni brods Butch Madarang, Mars Robosa and visiting brod Pastor Rod Reyes.
The opening program was emceed by brod Butch Madarang and the opening prayer by Pastor Rod. Our gratitude to the government agencies and various civic organizations for donating medicines and financial contributions to make this public service event a succesful one.
