Nadukot kami ni Bogan by Vic Ulanday, Roman de Leon, Emil Covacha and I think one more. I hope Bogan can still remember this. I used to call Vic "Amboy" cuz he was fond of wearing checkered polo shirt tucked into his Levi’s jeans and wearing penny savers styled moccasin shoes with white socks. In the early 70s, I was based in Davao. Vic was with Ciba-Geigy and assigned in DVO too. We always tried to meet every 15-30. "We" meant Mon Carpio, Joel Tamon, Babes Ranada, Vic Ulanday and I.
In the 90s I was fortunate to have my residence built in BF Resort. At that time Vic was already the 1st Councilor of Alabang. He’d drop by the house at least once a month to unwind especially when Willy Nep would be around. If you all remember, Vic was our special guest when we had our 40th anniversary in 2005.
So now I must say to my BK Vic: "Farewell my Brother as you journey to that undiscovered country from whose bourn no Traveler returns.” BK is how Betans who are also Freemasons address each other.

Good evening, everyone.
The wake of our beloved father, Hon. Victor Landrito Ulanday will begin tomorrow
at 1PM at the Divine Mercy Viewing Chapels in Baranggay Tunasan, Muntinlupa
City.
He will lay there for viewing until his cremation and burial on Sunday, June 7.
We invite all those who wish to pay their respects and say their goodbyes to our
father before he is finally laid to rest.
Thank you to all those who have shared their condolences and prayers as our
family goes through this difficult time.
