Brod Levy Perez inspite of being his contemporary in 1958 gave his true adventures and experiences at their time in UPLB. He related

that although Brod "Kuya" was a Diliman-initiated brod, he also underwent final physical initiation with Batch '58 with co-batch Brod

Levy, making him a Diliman-LB initiated Betan. Brod Kuya Domingo's contribution and dedication to our fraternity is simply legendary.

Daughter/Sis Bianca Domingo gives family response.

Kuya Domingo was Diliman-initiated (‘58 “Golden Batch”) but transferred to UPLB. He became Aggie GP 1964-1965. He produced the stage play “Time Limit.”And the double production of “The Case of the Crushed Petunias” and “Turn Red the Sea.” The latter was written by Brod Manny Arejola’57. He was married to Sis Lorna Paje’63.

During my college years he was a fixture in all fraternity happenings, even attending meetings of residents to give pep talks.
Rest in peace, Kuya Domingo.

I'm sorry to hear about Kuya Domingo's passing. I heard so much about him from the Tetada Kalimasada brods some 10-15 years ago, like Ollie Jumao-as, Freddie Fajardo, etc. Danny Galoso mentioned that they were all together in Indonesia for a week training with the TK masters and other practitioners.

Norman Bituin

My association with Kuya was when I was a freshman at UPRHS. I played the part of Chulalongkorn in a play "The King and I". Kuya Domingo played the King and I played his son. “Etcétera, etcétera, etcétera “ was his famous punchline. I also used to watch him practice judo at Baker Hall.

Brods,

Short notice, but please read message of Cris Niones-Bonagua, daughter of Brod Dr. Ed Niones+ DVM, UPD’63. If anyone can contact Ed’s contemporaries, especially from Vet Med (Jun Advincula, etc.), for the family’s requested eulogy on April 6 Sunday.

I was informed by daughter Cris that the younger Betan brother of Brod Dr. Ed Niones, Brod Dr. Rodolfo Niones+ DVM, UPD’69C, passed away on Feb. 15, 2012. Their first cousin, Brod Jose Vicente Mendoza, UPD’60, attended the wake.

“Hello po Tito Norman. Thank you po for reaching out. Our family is at the moment getting ready for Papa's wake at La Funeraria Paz and viewing will start at exactly 5pm . We would appreciate po if some of Papa's close friends and brods can drop by. I was about to ask po if some of Papa's brods can offer a short eulogy on Sunday po.”

Thank you,
Norman Bituin
