Short Biography of Papa Cirlo according to Mama's knowledge:
-Batch 1970 Rafael Palma Elementary School
-Batch 1971 to 1974 UPIS
-Batch 1974 to 1979 (UPLB) BS Development Communication, major in Development Broadcasting
-Member of Beta Sigma Fraternity
-1980 to 1986 (Prudential Plans)
-1989 to 2018 (Department of Agricultural-Agricultural Training Institute) Bicol Region.
-Handled School On the Air Program for 10 years (2008-2018 ATI)
-Training Specialist (ATI 2008-2018)
-Nominated as one of the Best Educational Programs for the Catholic Mass Media Award Bicol 2015 for School on The Air (Ating Kaugnay)

In 2018 he was diagnosed with a Congenital Heart Disease that prompted his early retirement on the same year. He was due for a Aortic Valve Replacement (AVR) but he refused to undergo surgery for personal reasons. Our family tried to convinced him to have the surgery but he would always say "this is what the lord has given me and I fully accepted it". Instead of using his retirement fund for surgery he opted to spend it with his grandchildren's educational expenses and some house renovation. He lived a happy, decent and blessed life for 65 years. He would always tell us that he had no regrets because he lived his life to its fullest and that we should also do so no matter what consequences we will face in life. He was a loving husband to Mama Fritzi and a generous provider to his 8 children (Paolo, Pocholo, Cirlo Jr, Pancho, JC, Karl, Shine and Isabel) and grand children (Cherryline, Paula, Sam, Princess, Alexandra, Nicolo, Pong, Pam, Chloe, Cheska, Joaquin, Bella, Queen, Pio).

From 2018 upon retirement, he enjoyed all of his time at home with his source of happiness, Mama Fritz and his grandchildren.

I do not know Brod Cirlo Nuyles, but bec. he's a brod who's fallen by the wayside, am deeply saddened by his passing and commiserate with the family. I'd like to send a small sum, just a simple gesture of my pakikiramay, but just don't know how. That brings to mind,what if we can start an endowment fund for the family of all and every fallen Betan. If every community has the Kapisanan to benefit a departed member, we could and should do it also for the frat. Just thinkin aloud.

Brod Cirlo Nuyles was a regular at the co-op Tambayan. He got his alyas even before he became a Brod. Many from his high school buddies called him that due to his chinky eyes. Funny but serious in his studies he finished college and got married to a very friendly girl named Fritzie, also close to the Brods. He will be missed. May his good soul be in heaven. Condolences to Fritzie and family.

Just had a talk with our late Brod Cirlo’s buddy at UP Prep HS, Brod Franklin Morales ,Dilliman 74b. Story was that they were both interested in joining Beta Sigma. But before that, they were really close so much so that Brod Franklin “lumayas” for two months and stayed with Cirlo while also attending school. When college came, neither one knew the other was already a Betan until close friends confirmed. On a typical day at the Tambayan, Brod Cirlo would come always with a smile and by his side was tall and pretty girlfriend Fritz. Brod Franklin mentioned that Cirlo left a big family. To Fritz and family, we pray the good soul of Brod Cirlo be at peace.
