Hello po. This is Francis, the eldest grandson of Francisco Cornejo. I appreciate the update you sent po to UPLB Beta Sigma group, but may I just clarify that lolo was hospitalized in November because of a stroke. He recovered, and then was discharged and brought home last December 4, where he spent recovering with me, a Physical Therapist; my sister, a Speech Therapist; his 2 daughters; and wife. Lolo Kiko was recovering very well from the stroke, however, later developed UTI. This caused the infection to spread everywhere and the lolo succumbed to the overwhelming infection.

CORNEJO, UPLB BATCH '55, PASSED AWAY YESTERDAY AT 9:30 AM. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED
THE LAST 3 MONTHS DUE TO MILD CARDIAC ARREST. UNFORTUNATELY, HE DID NOT DIE OF
HEART FAILURE BUT CONTAMINATED MAYBE AT THE HOSPITAL BACTERA INFECTION THAT WENT
TO HIS BLOOD CIRCULATION SYSTEM.
KNOWING THAT HE HAS NOT MUCH SAVING MONEY, I HAVE
JUST REMITTED TO HIS YOUNGEST DAUGHTER, JENNIFER FERAREN SAVINGS ACCOUNT, THE
AMOUNT OF P10 THOUSAND PESOS.
ANY FRATENITY BRODS WHO KNOW HIM MAY LIKE TO HELP
HIS FAMILY TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES INCURRED. ANY VOLUNTARY DONATION CAN BE

ASSOCIATION SA BAHAY ALUMNI OFFICE. SURPRISINGLY, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSS OF
UPAA WHICH WAS CONTROLLED BY THE UPSILONIAN AND PRESIDENT ATTY. GARY TIONGCO,
WHO WAS FROM DAVAO, WAS MY FRIEND AGREED TO HIRE HIM. HE WORKED EFFICIENTLY THAT
THE BOARD RETAINED HIS SEEVICE FOR 12 YEARS. HE TOOK PUBLIC BUSES GOING
HOME EVERY DAY. THAT IS WHY I KNOW HIS FAMILY NEEDS HELP FINANCIALLY SPECIALLY
BEING HOSPITALIZED FOR THREE MONTHS.
