Brod Sabino Padilla, Jr., son of SC Justice Sabino “Bing” Padilla, Sr. and  brother of SC Justice Teodoro "Teddy" Padilla, founding father of UP Beta Sigma Fraternity.

Brod Bing belonged to Batch '52. Graduated from UP College of Law in 1957 as Salutatorian, and No. 5 in the bar examinations. A graduate of Yale University with the degree of Master of Laws. He established his law office in the Philippines - Padilla and Associates law office. He was a Professor of law and a reviewer in Taxation in the UP college. He was the legal counsel of the Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines and different Congregations of the Catholic Church. He was the recipient of the St. Gregory Order, the highest Papal Award given to a non clerical person.

He was married to Grace Madamba Padilla, the sister of Joseph Madamba, Grand Princep of UP Beta Fraternity in Los Baños. He was the Editor in Chief of the Philippine Collegian.
