Boy Valdez was a loyal UPD'64 Betan. I knew him from our college n frat days. We attended the same university programs and frat events. Boy was a hardworking student, thoughtful and one who loved to laugh and smile.

When you were feeling down you could count on him as a friend n brod.  May his soul rest in peace with God.
