RIP Sis Ofelia Calcetas-Santos
Another sad news, Ofelia "Baby"
Calsetas Santos passed away last Monday. She is the wife of Brod Benjie
Santos who is my first cousin. Ate Babes as we call her was an active
Sigma Betan, a lawyer and in fact was once a member of the Judicial and
Bar Council. Her body lies at the La Strada Church at Katipunan Road.
I was at her wake last night. Among those people who came were some
Justices, Senator Angara who was her classmate, Heherson Alvarez, Vice
President Binay, Brod Raoul Vctorino - all her contemporaries at the U.P.
College of Law. Interment will be on Saturday at Loyola (Marikina)
To the rest of the Brods I was not able to greet during the holidays...
