RESOLUTION No. 2 -- BOD Approval of 2014-2016 Set of Officers, Representatives/Ninongs, Council of Advisors, and Chairman of Membership Committee

On motion of President Edsel Arceo, the Board of Directors overwhelmingly approved on 14 September 2014 a resolution confirming the 2014-16 Set of Officers, Representatives/Ninongs, Council of Advisors, and Chairman of the Membership Committee. The voting was 20-1 (one unable to vote) in favor of approval of the resolution.
