UP Mindanao Brods and Sisters Win Three Prizes in Kasadya and Pasiklaban by Anggie Angliongto'57, 12-17-09
Good news! Yesterday the UP Mindanao Beta Sigma Fraternity and the UP Min Sigma Beta Sorority Association won three prizes among the UP Mindanao student organizations lantern and talent contests. They got the "Most Colorful Lantern" and the "Most Well-Lighted Lantern" with plaque and cash price of P1,000 in each category. They won 3rd place in the talent contest despite a short period of preparation and also received a plaque and P1,000 pesos. Many alumni brods were there with three alumni Sigma Betan Sisters - UP Diliman Sis Ciony Garcia, UP Mindanao Sis Nicey Valderama and Lency Lavina who provided us all the photographs that you now enjoy at our website.
