Some of the inebriated brods say that on the day the UP Beta Sigma was born, angels weep. And so it was once again on July 14 we were drenched by angelic tears, when a downpour from Typhoon Helen inundated the Tambayan but failed to wash the celebratory mood of Betans present. It was a very well attended anniversary, with food and drinks as much as the rain well into the wee hours of the morning of the 15th.
