brods,   kwento ko lang what happened during the dual meet so you could have an overview of what happened last sunday. we met with diliman brods seven in the morning, ayun konting kwentuhan at kulitan, after some picture taking we formally started the event. First event was American Football as suggested by diliman brods. unfortunately we lost kasi hindi marunong magfootball mga brods we scored first 8-0 and then after nadali na sa technicalities di na namin alam baket sila nagkakascore ayun nakuha nila momentum at naiwan na kami sa i think 15-8 ata.. that event was 3 points. bale here is the point system that we have agreed upon.   American Football- 3 pts Tug Of War- 3 points Basketball - 3 points SOMA- 10 points 1 point per victory on a 10-10 match up.   after the football, tug of war naman. syempre with the defeat in football di na papayag brods matalo sa event na palakasan ng katawan. two teams per chapter battled in the tug of war. we scored 2-0, 2-0. on a best of three match up. so bale ayun panalo ng 3 points ang LB. tie bago maglunch para bati bati muna. after the tug of war we had a cambodia "boodle fight" luncheon sa splash mountain. of course prepared by the residents kasi host. ayun di naubos yung pagkain, overestimated yung number of attendees. anyways okay na rin para good experience kasi kadalasan puro agawan sa cambodia pag brods eh.   after the lunch, basketball naman. it was a close fight. parehong magaling magbasketball ang brods kaya masarap magcheer at manood sa laban, pero syempre mas magaling ang LB sa usapang shoot at bola. nanalo ang lb 63-60.   for the final event. SOMA. from our ten team line up, ang nanalo ay si POLO, PIDO, IVAN, at si TOMSAK JR. the rest were defeated. so it was a 6-4 scoring sa soma, nakakahiya kasi dapat dun tayo nakalalamang kasi pangaway eh, kaso puro athlete pala ung mga un, i was paired with GP Migs, after the 3 minute round we both scored -0, pero nung extension my stamina failed me. di ko kaya sabayan endurance ni migs well of course considering na tri athlete un, di na ako nakasalag and that was the end of the fight. 1-0 ako.. it was difficult for me na natalo but then it's okei for we gave it our best shot. lahat kami disappointed na natalo sa soma but for us it's a lesson never to underestimate our enemies. overall champion ang LB - with 10-9 score. okei na rin pampalubag, next dual meet bawi ang LB sa soma, need more training.   Salamat pala sa lahat ng alumni na sumuporta sa DUAL meet, maraming salamat brods, it was truly an amazing experience for us residents.
