Dear Brods,
By a vote of 24 out
of 28 members of the International Board (UPBSFI, Inc.), the
attached Work Program shall be our roadmap for the next
two years.
It is a rather
ambitious program (like the past two years) but with more and more brods
helping out, we will be able to make another quantum leap.
