Subject: Fw: BOY MORALES IN HOSPITAL AGAIN!

Brods,

I'm forwarding to you this note from Ding Navarro regarding the hospitalization and medical needs of Boy Morales, UPD'60.  Everybody knows Boy from his UP days as ROTC Corps Commander, Beta Sigma GP, IFSC President, etc.; as a TOYM awardee; his sacrifices and services to the Philippine government and nation.  Whatever persuasion, political or otherwise, we believe or belong to, Brod Boy needs our help and prayers for his improved health and quick recovery.

Please continue reading below Ding's appeal and let's do whatever we can to assist our brother.

Thanks sincerely... Norman

Dear Brods,

Isinugod na naman si Brod Boy Morales sa Philippine Heart Center last night after complaining of chest pains.  The initial diagnosis revealed that another one of his arteries is (again) blocked. You will recall that he underwent a triple heart bypass operation only a few months ago because of blockage of three arteries.  Now, the doctors say they will try to remove the new blockage by angioplasty.

This is an appeal for financial assistance for Boy.  >From what I know, he is in bad financial shape so he needs as much financial assistance as he can get.  We are also sending appeals to his politician friends, but I understand his hospital bill could run up to P500,000+ so he will need more than the politicians' help.

You can send your donations directly to his bank account at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), West Triangle Branch.  His account number is C/A # 3050-0002-05 (in the name of "HORACIO R. MORALES, Jr."). If you want your donation to be acknowledged, please let me know how much and when you deposited it to his account, or you can fax a copy of the deposit slip to me at (63-2) 372-3991 or 372-4995 (just write: "Attn: Ding Navarro" on top so that it will be delivered to me).

On behalf of Brod Boy, thank you in advance for your generosity, Brods.

Ding Navarro '63
